The tourist sector of Castellón presents in London ETOA 2023 the offer of the province before the big operators
On June 12 and 13, the Destination Exchange Europe is taking place in London, organized by the European Tour Operators Association (ETOA) and where the Introducing Castellón Product Club will be present, represented by its president, Javier Gallego, to present the offer of tourist products and services in the province of Castellón.
This event is considered one of the most important in Europe since the ETOA brings together the main international operators in the tourism market, both in terms of wholesale tour operators and retail program managers, and brings together more than 300 buyers from these companies to that the representatives of the offer, fundamentally European, can present their various tourist offers.
Under a workshop format of previously arranged appointments with 15 minutes each, during these two days Introducing Castellón will have the option of making European operators aware of the possibilities that Castellón now offers, especially linked to the new air routes of those already available at the Castellón airport.
Likewise, and for long-distance operators (China, Japan, India, Philippines…) who visit Spain on tourist route programs that start or end in Barcelona, they will be offered the option of including one or two days of stay in the most representative destinations of our province and, in this way, initiate the incorporation of Castellón in some of these programs that operate throughout the year and in a systematic way.
In this way, Introducing Castellon continues with its strategy of presenting the tourist offer to the various operators specialized in segments other than the conventional “sun and beach in the summer season”, thus seeking to extend the months of operation of the tourist activity, likewise extending the product portfolio offered.
