XI days of the “Cuisine of the marine ranch”

From September 17 to October 17 come the XI Rancho Marinero Cooking Conference which this year reaches its tenth edition. On this occasion, a total of 7 establishments are taking part, which have once again worked to create traditional recipes combined with the most avant-garde cuisine to surprise diners and, above all, to remember the seafood flavors of Vinaròs.

The participating establishments are: Bergantín, Casa Lina, La Isla, Nuevo Parada, Rafel lo Cristalero, Hotel Restaurante Teruel and Vermuteria de La Ermita.

Each chef has prepared several original four-course menus to choose from, main course rice a la banda or fideuà and desserts, at a single price of € 28, because the most demanding diners are satisfied.
